Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. We don’t repair or replace items with an expered warranty. If a SIS-FOREST branded product or accessory covered by one these warranty options fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. SIS-FORESTWarranty does not apply to products that are not SIS-branded.
Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
